Overview
Tee Time Titan helps golf leagues and groups run rounds, track scores, and view standings. For the app to function, we store basic account info and golf-related data you create (like leagues, rounds, and scores).
Information we collect
- Account information: such as your email address and name.
- Golf and league data: leagues you join, rounds, tee times, scores, standings, points, and related settings.
- App usage data: basic logs needed to keep the service reliable (for example, error logs).
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To run league features like scoring, standings, handicaps, and round history.
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, and keep the service secure.
- To respond to support requests.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide the service (for example, infrastructure providers) or if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed to provide Tee Time Titan and maintain league history.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app from the Profile screen. Account deletion is permanent.
When you delete your account, we anonymize your profile so it can no longer be used to sign in (for example, changing your name to “deleted user” and removing sign-in credentials). Some historical golf/league records (like rounds and scores) may be retained to preserve league history and prevent data from breaking in existing leaderboards.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we utilize up to date encryption methods to keep your data safe.
Children’s privacy
Tee Time Titan is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we’ll work to remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the effective date at the top when changes are made.
